Profit Sharing

The profit that is shared with associates is the
owners' profit. It is derived from calculating
the gross income that the Market Center receives
and subtracting out the approved Market Center
expenses for the month.
It does not come from agent commissions.
How an associate profit shares . . .
Through the individual profit share pools of the
agents they referred to the company. The Market
Centers of those referred agents must be profitable.
